Indulge in a 3-course dinner expertly crafted by Chef Jules, featuring bold flavors, local ingredients, and a culinary twist that’s anything but ordinary.

Amuse Bouche

- Mixed wild mushrooms crostini, truffle aioli, fresh herbs.

First Course – Small bites

- Jamon serrano croquetas with garlic aioli.

- Blistered shishito peppers with lemon salt and Bengali glaze.

Second Course

- Saffron mussels with garlic beer broth and fennel, sourdough.
