The New York City Pawetry Festival
Join us on Sunday, September 13th, from 1–5 PM at Sixpoint Brookfield Place in Tribeca for an afternoon of poetry, pups, beer, and community.... all in support of two incredible causes: dog rescue efforts across New York City, and the beloved NYC Poetry Festival, the largest free poetry festival in the country!
We warmly invite all dogs as long as they are leashed, and comfortable in the environment. You’re also welcome to take goodies and toys home for them.
Here’s what’s in store:
— Poets reading dog-themed poems with a special featured reading from award-winning poet, Lynn Schmidt
— Live “PAWnet” writing from PSNY’s Typewriter Poets
— A Puptail Bar featuring treats and goodies from Brutus Broth, Spot and Tango, and more!
— Adoptable dogs from Social Tees NYC searching for their forever homes (12–3 PM)
— Dog toys to take home!
— Sixpoint Brookfield Place full lineup of beers flowing all afternoon
— Raffles, activities, and plenty of opportunities to support a great cause
This literary celebration brings together poetry lovers, dog lovers, and anyone looking to support a joyful community event with heart.

Bonsai Bar
Bonsai Bar is a night of fun at a local venue near you that you don't want to miss! Beginner workshops are perfect for you to learn everything you need to know to walk away with your very own tiny tree. So grab a friend, your beverage of choice, and get ready for a great 2 hours of everything bonsai.
