Our friends from the Billion Oyster Project will be onsite with information, giveaways, & interactive activities for everyone! We will also be donating $1.00 back on every Lil' Shucker Draft sold during the event!

Composed Oysters: sesame oil, green apple, cilantro
Oyster & chorizo tacos: crispy fried oysters / spicy chorizo / avocado crema / pickled radish / corn tortillas
Liberty Oysters: spinach, shallot, cream cheese, pecorino, panko breadcrumbs
