Join us for a unique dining experience at Sixpoint Brewery at Brookfield Place! Get ready to indulge in a delicious meal paired with a variety of craft beers. Each month to go along with our Mad Scientist Beer Release, we will be hosting our Mad Scientist Beer Dinner where you can unleash your inner Mad Scientist and experience the chemistry between delicious beer and perfectly-paired courses.

You will also have the chance to meet our brewer himself for a chance to talk to him about his newest creation as part of the Mad Scientist family: Mark's Pizza Pale Ale.

Tickets are $75.00 per person and will include (5) specially curated courses along with (5) delicious beers that pair perfectly with your flavors you will experience. You will be charged on-site when you arrive for the event, but we are asking attendees to register through our page here for accurate reservations and guest counts. • Amuse-bouche: Tomato Foccacia Crisp with whipped ricotta, Calabrian chili oil, & microgreens WITH The Crisp + Aperol ("Spaghett")

• First Course: Heirloom Tomato Panzanella with burrata stracciatella, crispy garlic, and basil oil WITH Mark's Pizza Pale Ale

• Second Course: Grilled Octopus with smoked tomato romesco, charred scallions, and oregano oil WITH Lil' Shucker

• Third Course: Porchetta Stuffed Tortellini with San Marzano sugo, parmigiano Reggiano espuma, & crispy speck WITH Upstate Umber

• Fourth Course: Duck Breast with tomato cherry glaze and parsnip puree, charred endive WITH The Pursuit

• Fifth Course: Tomato Strawberry Granita with candied fennel and lemon mascarpone mousse and black pepper tuile WITH Maibock

This event is happening on August 1, 2025 starting at 6:00 PM and will be available through the evening while supplies last. It's going to be a night filled with great food, great drinks, and great company. Don't miss out!
