- Mixed wild mushrooms crostini, truffle aioli, fresh herbs.
First Course – Small bites
- Jamon serrano croquetas with garlic aioli.
- Roasted red pepper and spicy feta dip with naan bread.
- Blistered shishito peppers with lemon salt and Bengali glaze.
Second Course
- Saffron mussels with garlic beer broth and fennel, sourdough.
- Grilled skewers (Mojo marinated chicken, harissa lamb, halloumi and zucchini veg).
- Crispy Brussels sprouts with balsamic bourbon, goat cheese, Maldon salt.
Third Course - Dessert
- Banana miso bread with butterscotch beer glaze.
